You’ve been to so many interesting places, Virginia! I used to want to travel, too, and see for myself how vast our world is. Sadly, with COVID and all, I don’t see that happening anytime soon. Sigh. Oh well, at least I can enjoy your photos (and revisit through mine the places I have been!)
One of the perks of working overseas for many years was taking every opportunity to see (& experience) as much as possible. During a brief overnight in Zagreb (Croatia) I dumped my bag @ guesthouse & scoped downtown before dinner, then got up @ 5:30AM to take sunrise pics before flying out @ 9:00AM. LoL, now with age-creep I might enjoy sleeping an extra hour! Blessings Debbie! 👀😴👀
