Today Virginia’s t-shirt tours take us (a bit circuitously) to Tennessee. A few years ago my brother Dwight and I made a mammoth driving trip to celebrate one of his milestone birthdays. Our sis Cindy joined us for a few days in Charleston, South Carolina, before we zoomed to Franklin, TN, to pick up the Natchez Trace all the way to French Camp, Mississippi, where our niece Joybells and her family live. After traipsing about Mississippi we zoomed on to Chattanooga, Tennessee – a truly fun city!
Since Dwight is majorly into fish we visited not just one, but TWO Aquariums that trip…
“Exercise. Some motivation required.” T-shirt acquired @ the impressive Tennessee Aquarium, housed in two buildings dedicated to oceanic aquatic creatures and fresh water habitats.

Loved the quote at the end
Hmmn, Carol-Jo. Wouldn’t it be grand if we could submit travel therapy for health insurance coverage? Think about all the exercise exerted visiting cool places (um, let’s forget for a moment about all the extra yummy meals & treats of discovery – you know, things like sampling gelato everywhere in Italy!) 🦈🌟🍧🌟🦈
I love your photos at the aquarium! It’s been years since we’ve been to Tennessee and I miss it so much. I can’t wait to go back. I need my insurance to cover travel therapy, too! 😀
LoL, Michelle – we should start a campaign for Travel Therapy coverage! Travel certainly helps our health on so many levels (especially treats enjoyed along the way!) Ahem. At least they’re usually balanced out with tons of walking around seeing the sights!! Blessings! ☀️🍰🤪🍰☀️
Your t-shirt tours are the best! Thanks for sharing. They bring a smile during my late night feedings with my newborn :).
Aww, glad you are enjoying the t-shirt tours. We couldn’t go away this summer + our stay-cation became a “sickation” when my brother came down with something (no fun daytripping.) So, it’s been therapeutic dusting off t-shirt memories & photos files. Blessings looking after your new baby!! 💐🤗💐
Thank you Virginia :). Sickations are no bueno…hope he’s doing better now.
He’s much better, thanks! 🦋😷🦋
